MEDIATION (1/2 Party Fee)

Mediation Service: $300 hourly fee is split between both mediation parties

Rhonda McDaniel has over 30 years federal government experience as a military officer, defense contractor and civil servant and is pleased to serve you as a mediator. Her career exposed her to a myriad of duties and responsibilities which included serving as a commander, contracting officer representative, source selection board member, human resources manager, information technology manager, daily transactions on Army benefits, Army processes, background investigations, security clearances, operation security, antiterrorism, confidentiality, budget and finance, report writing, briefings and presentation. Specialized training in active listening, diversity, equity and inclusion and personal and executive coaching. BA Psychology, MA Organizational Management, Certified Personal and Executive Coach, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certificate, 33 year sorority member/non-profit organization volunteer.
